That’s Leather! TM
Illusion and Realism Work Hand in Hand
Leather 10 inch Immature Golden Eagle Tail Feather with four 2 inch accent feather in a shadow box.
Many feathers are illegal to own or sell. This is a way to enjoy the beauty and wonder of those feathers as I replicate them to the best of my ability.
My jewelry is an affordable, durable, alternative to jewelry made from real feathers.
At present there are over 70 different types of feathers available in the That’s Leather!TM line
as well as my flower, leaf, and decorative leather items.
I am always open to new ideas.

My feather earrings have hand made Sterling Silver quill caps and French hook ear wires made from Argentium Silver, specifically designed and made by Feather to create the sleek elegant appearance of each of these pieces of wearable art. Included in my line are: pins, barrettes, pendants, necklaces, tail fan necklaces and earrings, and hair ties. I also makes an adapter to convert the earrings from one feather to two feathers on each wire. I make a 10-inch leather feather with the quill traditionally wrapped, or the quill not wrapped for one to use in their own creations. I also have a style enhanced with rabbit fur, horse hair and prayer tie. My realistic leather feather, leather leaf jewelry, and specialty items are light weight and durable. An added benefit is they are light weight, saving on shipping cost which make them ideal for gifts which need to be mailed. Each of my pieces are signed with my logo-a small Golden Eagle Tail Feather.
Caution: If you use rubbing alcohol to sterilize the earring wires, DO NOT get any on the painted feather as rubbing alcohol removes acrylic paint.
